ABLE Accounts

ABLE Accounts are tax-advantaged savings accounts for individuals with disabilities and their families. Learn more through the ABLE National Resource Center.  ABLE Accounts are a result of the passage of the Achieving a Better Life Experience Act .  In an ABLE Account, the beneficiary of hte account is the account owner, and income earned by the account owner will not be taxed.  An American Sign Language video is also available explaining this new saving opportunity at http://www.ablenrc.org/news/able-national-resource-center-partners-deaf-community-offer-offer-information-able-american-sign.  

Resources for Members

This form is used to collect information during an initial conversation with a potential ADEN Participant. An ADEN Member may have their own intake form in lieu of this form.
