December 2018 ADEN Huddle

Idaho VR Partnership Plus Information

ADEN entered into a Partnership Plus agreement with the state of Idaho Vocational Rehabilitation (VR).  Idaho ADEN Members who have completed ADEN Core Services Training will be added as an agency under the ADEN ID VR Partnership Plus contract. 

The IdahoVR Partnership Plus flyer has been shared with ID VR and should be used to explained ADEN services to VR Partnership Plus referrals. Below are other materials related to ID Partnership Plus contract.

ADEN and Participant Roles and Responsibilities

The ADEN & Participant Roles and Responsibilities document can be used to clarify expectations for both the Member, and the Participant. This document can help resolve any unnecessary confusion about how ADEN operates, and can help set the stage for a predictable relationship with your Participant. This is an optional tool that can be used as each Member deems necessary.

No Contact Letter

Members use this letter to send to Participant when the Member has not been able to contact Participant who is job searching and no contact for 3 months or for Participant who is working and no contact for 6 months.
