Resources for Employers

This toolkit, from the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Disability Employment Policy, helps both employers and employees understand the return-to-work process and provides resources to assist in getting employees back on the job quickly and smoothly.

The Federal Government and States have developed incentives for employers who make their place of business more accessible to employees as well as patrons with disabilities. Learn more about available employer financial incentives related to wages or access by visiting the EARN website.

If you have a question about workplace accommodations, disclosing your disability, or the ADA, visit Job Accommodation Network. This public resource is where you can learn about how to make a request, when to disclose a disability, and accomodation ideas.
